Modern Restoration

Located near Dupont Circle, this two-story home edition and full gut renovation included restoration, modernization, and the seamless blend of old with new. AGD entered the project after the initial space planning drawings had been completed, working to bring the two-story project to three-dimensional life. The client wanted the space to feel clean and timeless with a hint of surprise and delight and had exceptional taste in the fine, smaller details.
